Time

When I was young there was a saying "my time and and your time is not one time." However now that I am grown this has seemingly gone out the window. Case in point #1 I attended the W.O.A. production of  "When a Woman Moans" this year. All along I was urged ot get there on time etc etc etc show will begin 8pm sharp!! oh yes with exclamation points. So I got there a little before 8pm you know when in fiddled around changed my seat said hello to ppl who offered some dry smile.  Now this thing didn't start til like 8.40pm.  I said to one of the organizers you know, the show started late, and some girl who was standing next to her said "oh the crowd wasn't there yet." REALLY WHAT THE FUCK happen to all the other persons who made sure to come on time? What are we chopped liver? The crowd didn't help me work for my 40 dollars, come tell me some bullshyt about crowd. wasn't there yet.

#2 Expressions: poetry in the pub. Ok the advertisement says again  starts at 8pm. My gf told me girl it really starts at 9-ish. Roll out my house now and after10pm this shyt still hasn't started. I'm just thinking this is some bulllllllllllllllllllllshyt.

#3 Myst bar crawl 3 which says starts at 6pm so I inquired if it really starts at 6pm or Antiguan time aka when the crowd shows up and was told it starts  at ---------> Myst fun time? What the hell is Myst fun time? Simple question it is starting at 6 or you are going to wait til you get alot of people (as seems to be the trend i was informed). It not that difficult a question to answer.

cha man

Respect me enough to respect my time.

  1. I dig this!! I am a stickler for time and being ON TIME - yet NO ONE and I mean no one respects mine...It's so frustrating and It has limited me from attending events
